Bodenhill Properties Limited, the newest division of the Winsoft Group, specialises in the research and development of patentable products and services with strong customer benefits focusing on the domestic and health-care sectors.

The first of these products, the Ecoplus PRT, was launched during October 2002.  These products are environmentally focused with quality the overriding concern during construction and sale. 

Bodenhill has a number of other products at an earlier stage in the research and development cycle, but would envisage entering the market with at least one product yearly.
